We collect only the data needed to answer requests: name, phone or WhatsApp, email when provided, account details, and the content of repair, valuation, or used iPhone inquiries.

We use this data to identify the customer, reply to requests, prepare in-store service, and keep the inquiry history visible in the account.

We do not sell data and do not use it for a complex marketing system. Technical access is limited to people who manage the website and the shop.

To request correction or deletion of data, contact Techworld by WhatsApp, phone, or email. If an account is deleted, existing inquiries may remain as anonymous operational records.
